In order to allow our production team to use an 11 year old
girl in our filming, we must ensure we retrieve written permission from a
parent or guardian.
Before signing our Model Release Form we sent an email
confirming participation to explain what we require of our actress.
This is to ensure our actress will be accompanied by a
guardian or parent at all times and the parent or guardian is fully aware of
what we are representing on screen.
